A highly-regarded and well established mid-sized Atlanta firm is looking for a general corporate partner with a minimum of $600K in portable business, to join them - fully remote is an option! A partner-associate team is even better.

The firm will be creative in their compensation model, will offer support in a variety of practice areas, and will provide supplemental corporate work to the partner and associate as well. The ideal candidate would have a solid skillset in general corporate law (securities law not required) and some technology transactions experience. Commercial real estate experience and/or estate planning is a major plus and could add to the compensation plan.

To be considered, candidates MUST have the required level of demonstrable, portable business as well as a solid background (minimum 8-10 years) in corporate law. Georgia bar license is required, although candidates eligible for waive-in to the Georgia bar will be considered.

This is the perfect opportunity to grow your practice with other sophisticated attorneys but with a more relaxed firm structure, lower overhead (so lower billing rates!!), greater originations credit and greater net compensation compared to the AmLaw firms.
