West Highland Placement

WEST HIGHLAND PLACEMENT is a national legal search, project staffing and consulting boutique founded in 2007 by two former BigLaw attorneys who recognized the benefit to clients of their years of BigLaw experience.

Based in Atlanta, Georgia, with additional offices in Miami and the Boston area, WEST HIGHLAND PLACEMENT recruiters specialize in lateral partner moves, group placements, associate recruiting, in-house employment, and outsourced recruiting services.

WEST HIGHLAND PLACEMENT also provides advisory and consulting services regarding marketing, public relations and business development for law firm clients of all sizes. We assist with firm start-ups, mergers and related issues, and advise our clients regarding compensation, local image enhancement, and general recruiting strategies.

Our contract attorney staffing and project management services utilize our pool of experienced, top-quality professionals - many former large-firm partners - to staff full and part-time projects of all sizes - as large as required - in all practice areas and at very competitive hourly rates.

The principals of WEST HIGHLAND have real-life experience working in a law firm setting. We are personally familiar with the demands of practicing law and the issues facing lawyers today, such as time management, marketing pressures, associate training, client development, economic accountability and lifestyle balance. This knowledge and experience is invaluable to our clients and candidates and gives us a distinct advantage over non-attorney placement agents and consultants.

Our collective practice experience means that we have a broad referral network of literally thousands of attorneys and firms in Atlanta, in Florida, throughout the southeast and the northeast -- actually across the entire U.S. - giving us a distinct advantage both in locating and placing candidates as well as in public relations and marketing on behalf of our clients.

WEST HIGHLAND PLACEMENT - the only recruiting resource you need. Send us an e-mail to get started!
