Our client, a major corporation in the healthcare industry, is actively searching for a 7+ year attorney with experience in M&A, venture capital investing, and corporate transactions to serve as Assistant General Counsel, working directly with senior leaders to provide legal support for the company's M&A activity as well as investment in startups and life sciences companies and shareholder relations.

Location: Denver
Salary: $150,000 - $180,000 plus bonus eligibility

The successful candidate will have at least 7 years relevant experience (at a large law firm or in-house), and be actively admitted to any U.S. state bar with the ability to waive into Colorado if needed. Experience in life sciences or healthcare is preferred but not required.
