Well-established and highly regarded mid-sized full-service law firm has engaged us to identify lateral partner candidates with a specialty in estate planning and tax law to head up and expand their new tax practice group and support existing clients.   Location:  North Atlanta/Gwinnett County


A portable book of business is preferred but negotiable.  The ideal candidate will have portable business and experience in:


  •  Estate and asset protection planning, including wills, trusts and estate administration and multi-generational state planning;

  •  Federal corporate tax and transactional support;

  •  Tax controversies and Fiduciary litigation

  • Private foundations;

  •  Tax exempt organizations e.g. churches, schools; and

  •  Wealth planning.
