KIMBERLY CRONKRIGHT RALEY, Director of Business Development and Attorney Recruiter.

Kim Raley Currently on leave of absence until 2016, Kim has served as the Director of Business Development for West Highland Placement. A graduate of the University of Georgia School of Law, she is a former practicing attorney, daughter of a former practicing attorney and a wife of a practicing attorney so has very deep roots in the Atlanta legal market. Through her educational and work experience and her personal connections, Kim has forged and maintained meaningful relationships across the Atlanta community that make her uniquely positioned to serve the recruiting needs of our law firm and corporate clients.

Kim is an Atlanta native and a graduate of The Westminster Schools. She attended The University of Virginia, obtaining a B.A. degree in Rhetoric and Communication Studies, and earned her J.D. in 1992 from the University of Georgia where she served on the Editorial Board of the Georgia Journal of International and Comparative Law. Upon graduation from law school, Kim practiced law at a well-established insurance defense boutique for years prior to retiring to focus on family.

Kim and her husband Brian, a commercial litigator, have two daughters Clare and Lucie. Kim is active in Atlanta amateur tennis, and has served on the USTA Georgia Grievance Committee for multiple terms. She also works with the Northside Youth Organization as a volunteer and coach. She devotes much of her time to supporting Westminster, including as a class representative on the Annual Fund.
